Hi there

Sorry I wasn't around last week, I was holding a surprise 80th birthday party for my husband. As with most families it was difficult to get the whole clan together so the celebration was 2 weeks after his actual birthday - the one he thought was going to be low key! We had a brilliant time and just caught the end of Summer. So apart from one dear daughter-in-law that couldn't be with us this is all my lovely family; children, grandchildren and one great grandson! 

Probably, like us, you are feeling that Autumn is just around the corner and the days are getting shorter. But before we put vacations away completely I have a great post for you that may help you to think ahead!

Juliette hails from Las Vegas! 

She is a children's librarian and loves to wear fun t-shirts and colorful accessories. However, she begins to wonder whether she should be toning it down a bit!

She feels most comfortable in colors that are deep toned - I discovered that she really means 'saturated'.

And as we both decided Las Vegas doesn't do 'subtle' so enjoy the color Juliette!
